Introduction
Thread inserts is made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel material, which forms a reliable internal thread after installation and embedding. It can significantly improve the strength and wear resistance of low-strength engineering materials such as aluminum, magnesium, copper alloy, plastic, plexiglass and rubber board. Applied to steel parts, cast steel and cast iron, it can improve the durability of screws, prevent screws loose and fall off due to various vibration, fatigue fracture and improve the fatigue resistance strength of screws in connection. Feature
The surface of the Thread Inserts is made of an environmentally friendly pigment (in accordance with ROHS) and painted green or red. It can be coated with a dry film lubricant. The advantages are as follows:
